Return & Refund Policy
At Nakhra Jewellers, we aim to provide a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return & Refund Eligibility
Return, refund or replacement is available only if the customer receives a defective product, damaged product, wrong product, or if any product is missing from the order.
We do not accept return, refund or replacement requests for reasons such as change of mind, product not liked, minor colour difference, size expectation mismatch, wrong product ordered by the customer, or any issue caused due to customer handling after delivery.
2. Unboxing Video is Mandatory
To claim any return, refund or replacement, a clear and complete unboxing video is compulsory.
The unboxing video must start before opening the package and must clearly show the sealed package, full unpacking process, received product and the issue. The video must be recorded without cuts, pauses or edits.
Without a proper unboxing video, no return, refund, replacement or exchange request will be accepted.
3. Claim Time Limit
If you receive a defective, damaged, wrong or missing product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
4. Non-Returnable Cases
Return, refund or replacement will not be accepted in the following cases:
Customer does not provide a proper unboxing video.
Product is used, worn, altered, broken or damaged after delivery.
Original packaging, tags or accessories are missing.
Customer does not like the product after receiving it.
Minor colour variation due to lighting, photography or screen settings.
Size, design or quality expectation mismatch.
Customer ordered the wrong product.
Customer provided incorrect or incomplete address.
Product is returned without approval from Nakhra Jewellers.
5. Partial COD / Advance Payment Policy
For Partial COD orders, the advance amount paid by the customer is strictly non-refundable.
The Partial COD advance amount will not be refunded if the customer refuses to accept the order, cancels the order after dispatch, is unavailable during delivery attempts, provides incorrect address or contact details, or if the order is returned due to any customer-side issue.
Partial COD advance may be refunded only if the order is cancelled by Nakhra Jewellers before dispatch.
6. Refund Approval Process
All return, refund and replacement requests are subject to verification by the Nakhra Jewellers team.
After reviewing the unboxing video, product photos and order details, we may approve or reject the request.
If the claim is approved, Nakhra Jewellers may offer a product replacement, exchange, store credit or refund depending on the case and product availability.
The final decision regarding return, refund, exchange or replacement will be made by Nakhra Jewellers.
7. Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method or any other suitable method decided by Nakhra Jewellers.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank or payment provider.
8. Shipping & Other Charges
Shipping charges, COD charges, handling charges, packaging charges or convenience fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by Nakhra Jewellers.
9. Product Care Responsibility
Artificial and fashion jewellery should be handled with care. Keep jewellery away from water, perfume, sweat, chemicals and moisture.
Nakhra Jewellers will not be responsible for product damage, tarnishing, fading or breakage caused due to improper use, storage or handling after delivery.
