1. About Nakhra Jewellers
Nakhra Jewellers is an online fashion jewellery brand offering artificial jewellery, oxidised jewellery, Korean earrings, jhumkas, jewellery boxes and related fashion accessories across India.
All products sold by Nakhra Jewellers are fashion/artificial jewellery and are not made of real gold, silver, diamond, platinum or any other precious metal or gemstone unless specifically mentioned in the product description.
2. Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to display product images, descriptions, colors, sizes, designs and prices as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations in color, shine, size, finishing or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, screen resolution, display settings or product batch differences. Such minor variations shall not be considered as a defect.
Customers are advised to read the product description, images and details carefully before placing an order.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Nakhra Jewellers reserves the right to change product prices, offers, discounts and availability at any time without prior notice.
The final amount shown at checkout at the time of placing the order shall be considered the applicable order value.
4. Order Acceptance & Confirmation
After placing an order, the customer may receive an order confirmation through email, SMS, WhatsApp or any other available communication method.
Order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance of the order. Nakhra Jewellers reserves the right to cancel, refuse or modify any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment failure, suspicious activity, incomplete customer details or any other unavoidable reason.
5. Payment Terms
We accept the payment methods available at checkout.
For prepaid orders, the order will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
For Cash on Delivery orders, if partial COD, advance payment or booking amount is collected before dispatch, such amount shall be strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, except where the order is cancelled by Nakhra Jewellers before dispatch.
6. Partial COD / Advance Payment Policy
In certain cases, Nakhra Jewellers may offer Partial COD, where the customer is required to pay a small advance amount before dispatch and the remaining amount at the time of delivery.
The advance amount paid for Partial COD orders is used for order confirmation, packaging, handling and shipping processing.
This Partial COD advance amount is strictly non-refundable if:
- The customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery.
- The customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address.
- The customer is unavailable during delivery attempts.
- The order is returned due to customer-side issues.
- The customer cancels the order after dispatch.
- The customer changes their mind after placing the order.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Nakhra Jewellers provides Pan India delivery through third-party courier partners.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier service availability, public holidays, weather conditions, operational issues or other circumstances beyond our control.
Nakhra Jewellers shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies, incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, failed delivery attempts or any force majeure events.
8. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Returns, refunds or exchanges are available only in case of a defective, damaged, missing or wrong product received by the customer.
We do not accept return, refund or exchange requests for the following reasons:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Product not liked by customer
- Minor color difference due to screen or lighting
- Size or design expectation mismatch
- Customer ordered the wrong product
- Customer provided incorrect address or contact details
- Product damaged after delivery due to customer handling
- Used, worn, altered or tampered product
- Missing original packaging, tags or accessories
9. Defective or Wrong Product Claims
If the customer receives a defective, damaged, missing or wrong product, they must contact Nakhra Jewellers within 24 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for any return, refund, replacement or exchange request, the customer must provide:
- A clear and complete unboxing video from the start of opening the package
- Clear photos of the product
- Order ID or order details
- Packaging images, if required
The unboxing video must clearly show the sealed package before opening and the complete unpacking process without cuts, pauses or edits.
Without a proper unboxing video as proof, Nakhra Jewellers reserves the right to reject any claim for damaged, missing, defective or wrong product.
10. Refund Approval
Refunds, replacements or exchanges are not automatic. Every claim will be reviewed and approved only after verification by the Nakhra Jewellers team.
If the claim is found valid, Nakhra Jewellers may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit or refund, depending on the case and product availability.
The final decision regarding approval or rejection of any return, refund or exchange request shall remain with Nakhra Jewellers.
11. Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by Nakhra Jewellers:
- Partial COD advance amount
- Shipping charges
- Handling charges
- Packaging charges
- COD charges
- Convenience fees, if any
12. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, phone number, email address, complete delivery address and correct order details.
Nakhra Jewellers shall not be liable for failed delivery, delay, return-to-origin or loss caused due to incorrect or incomplete customer information.
13. Product Care
Artificial and fashion jewellery requires proper care. Customers are advised to keep jewellery away from water, perfume, sweat, chemicals and moisture.
Nakhra Jewellers shall not be responsible for tarnishing, fading, breakage or damage caused due to improper usage, storage or handling after delivery.
14. Website Usage
By using our website, you agree not to misuse the website, place fake orders, attempt fraud, copy website content, disturb website functionality or use the website for any unlawful activity.
Any suspicious or fraudulent activity may result in order cancellation, account restriction or legal action where applicable.
15. Intellectual Property
All content available on this website, including logo, brand name, product images, text, graphics, design, layout and other materials, belongs to Nakhra Jewellers.
No person or business may copy, reproduce, reuse, modify or distribute our content without written permission.
16. Limitation of Liability
Nakhra Jewellers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from product use, delivery delay, courier issues, website usage, payment gateway issues or third-party service failures.
Our maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product in question.

Nakhra Jewellers reserves the right to update, modify or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
