At Nakhra Jewellers, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Shipping Coverage
Nakhra Jewellers provides Pan India delivery through trusted third-party courier partners.
Delivery availability may depend on the customer’s location, courier service coverage and operational conditions.
2. Order Processing Time
Once an order is successfully placed, it is usually processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Processing time may be longer during sale periods, festive seasons, public holidays, high order volume or unavoidable circumstances.
3. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time is usually 3 to 8 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier partner.
Delivery timelines may vary for remote areas, non-serviceable locations, public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays or other situations beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before placing the order.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by Nakhra Jewellers.
5. Cash on Delivery / Partial COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery or Partial COD orders, customers must provide accurate address and contact details.
For Partial COD orders, the advance amount paid before dispatch is strictly non-refundable if the customer refuses the order, cancels after dispatch, is unavailable during delivery attempts, provides incorrect details or if the order is returned due to any customer-side issue.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared through SMS, email, WhatsApp or any other available communication method.
Customers are requested to track their shipment and remain available at the provided address during delivery attempts.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier partner is unable to deliver the order due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, incomplete address, wrong phone number, refusal to accept the order or any customer-side issue, Nakhra Jewellers will not be responsible for the failed delivery.
In such cases, shipping charges, COD charges and Partial COD advance amount will not be refunded.
8. Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Customers are responsible for providing correct name, phone number, email address, complete shipping address, landmark and pin code.
Nakhra Jewellers will not be responsible for delay, failed delivery, return-to-origin or loss caused due to incorrect or incomplete customer information.
9. Delayed Delivery
Nakhra Jewellers tries its best to dispatch and deliver orders on time. However, delivery delays may happen due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, government restrictions, natural calamities, high shipment volume or other situations beyond our control.
Such delays will not make the order eligible for cancellation or refund after dispatch.
10. Damaged, Missing or Wrong Product During Delivery
If you receive a damaged, missing or wrong product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear and complete unboxing video.
The unboxing video must start before opening the package and must clearly show the sealed package, full unpacking process and the issue.
Without a proper unboxing video, no claim will be accepted.
11. Return to Origin
If an order is returned to us due to customer-side issues such as wrong address, customer unavailable, phone not reachable or refusal to accept delivery, any shipping charges, COD charges and Partial COD advance amount will be non-refundable.
Re-shipping may be possible only after customer confirmation and additional shipping charges, if applicable.
